To get a full refund, returns must be unused and in the state you received them (meaning no wrinkles, already peeled, etc.).

We stand behind the quality so much that our stickers come with Lifetime Warranty. If your sticker starts to peel or fade, as a result of normal wear and tear, contact us here and we will replace it free of charge. Just pay for shipping and we'll have the sticker(s) sent over.

Our warranty only applies to our stickers and for the first application of the stickers. Warranty does not apply to stickers that are no longer available on our website.

So I recently purchased 12 stickers so I will combine my review for all of them in this one rather than individually.

I already owned a few stickers from BTC, and overall I am impressed with the quality of their stickers.

The only reason I took a star off was because after applying the sticker to a water bottle and washed it in the dishwasher, it did bubble, which is strange because it never did this with my other stickers, I was able to remove most of the bubbling.

Overall I am happy with my purchase and would buy from them again.
