1. What is your customer service policy?

We are just as passionate about customer service as we are about stickers. If our stickers ever let you down, we'll make it right with you. Simple as that.

2. What is your order modifications or cancellation policy?

After your order has been placed, please contact us within 24 hours to change or cancel your order. After 24 hours, your order will have been shipped and can no longer be modified.

3. What's your return policy?

If you don’t love it, return it. We want you to have the best experience with us so contact support@blanktag.co if you’re not completely satisfied with your stickers.

4. What if a product is on backorder?

Our stickers sell out pretty quickly so we try to stay on top of inventory management by placing an order when we only have a few left in stock. However, in order to make everyone happy, we allow backorders, which basically means that your order will arrive a little later than usual. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we're still a small company so inventory management is still a challenge for us.

5. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Our stickers normally take 7 - 14 business days to arrive. If they don't arrive by then, please contact us at support@blanktag.co and we'll make sure to reship your package.

6. What if I haven't received my order yet?

If your item has not arrived within 10 business days of your order being completed (not purchased), contact us at support@blanktag.co for an immediate replacement order or a full refund of your purchase.

7. What's the point system?

Our point system is a way for us to give back and provide more happiness! Here's how it works:

Each sticker is worth $3.50, and you get 25 points added to your account for every sticker purchased. Once you collect 100 points, you can get 1 sticker for free!

You also get 50 points for signing up for an account and 25 points for each review you write.

8. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes we do! Please email us at support@blanktag.co and we'll get back to you ASAP about bulk rates.

9. Do you do custom artwork?

No, we currently do not do custom artwork.

10. Can I put the stickers on my car?

Yes, you can! Our stickers are weather proof so they're good to place on anything.
